I would like like to comment on the service I received after I had a issue with some Redline Bib Snowpants I bought from MotorFist. Went sledding at Old Friend near Powder King Ski hill Last Saturday. When I was back at the truck after a long day in the mountains I had a part of the snow pant rip slightly. I emailed MotorFist, and Monday morning I got a response from them asking for pictures. I took a few snap shots and emailed it to them and they got back to me within an hour or so saying yes they would be warrantied and to send them in. I sent them in that day and yesterday I was working on my sled at a friends house and he asked what I was going to do for this weekend riding with no snow pants. I get home and there is a big box with a new pair of snow pants waiting for me. Blue Bird warranty kicks ass. It took 4 days to get me my pants in time for this weekends riding in the mountains. Great service and the jacket and snow pants work great.
